FlowSonic TrailJet — Performance Exhaust for Adventure & Enduro Bikes

The FlowSonic TrailJet is a precision-engineered free-flow exhaust system designed exclusively for KTM models — including GEN 3 KTM 390 Adventure, Enduro, ADV X, and SMC, ADV R (2025) editions.

Crafted from high-grade stainless steel, the system features a 2 mm bend tube and a 1 mm muffler body for superior strength, vibration resistance, and optimal exhaust flow. It’s available in two stunning finishes — Chrome Polished and Matte Black Powder-Coated, using the same OEM-grade coating standards applied in factory production lines for maximum heat and corrosion resistance.

The TrailJet is a direct plug-and-play system, requiring no additional modifications for installation on the mentioned models. Each unit is Laser/MIG welded for durability and designed to deliver a crisp, performance-oriented sound that complements adventure and off-road riding.
